Just wanted to let all you foodies know that Winter Restaurant Week begins this Monday, January 23 and goes on till February 3rd, excluding weekends!
"Restaurants will include Nobu, Perry Street, Spice Market, Chanterelle, Gramercy Tavern, 21 Club, Caf Boulud, the bar room of The Modern, Kittichai, Tabla, Mesa Grill, Riingo, Union Square Caf, davidburke & donatella, English is Italian, Artisanal, Le Colonial and One if by Land, Two if by Sea.
Winter Restaurant Week in New York City for 2006 actually covers two weeks, excluding the weekends: January 23 to 27 and January 30 to February 3.
A three-course lunch menu is priced at $24.07 while the three-course dinner is set at $35; drinks, tax and tip is extra. Not all restaurants are participating for both the lunch and dinner menus, but many can be booked through OpenTable.com.";
It's a really good deal!! There are so many to choose from, if you guys think there is one that I absolutely have to try, please let me know!!
Thanks!!
Happy Eatings,
Vicky :)

Django was my destination for Restaurant Week lunch yesterday with 5 friends. We all loved the food, the presentation, the decor, and the service. The portions were certainly large enough, and the desserts were heavenly. Only negative: their carpeting on the stairs is very worn and gives a seedy appearance. Until you start eating. Yum!
I'd love to hear where other Yelpers dined during Restaurant Week.

Very cool, will be in NYC on 2/16-2/19, sad to miss out! Out of the ones you mentioned, I would want to definitely try Nobu, 21 Club and Tabla, but they all sound delish!

I went to Tribeca Grill for restaurant week - $35 prix fixe and the options were pretty diverse. Short ribs, an amazing bass dish and very rich ravioli. The desserts were the best - warm apple tart with sticky bun ice cream and a very dense chocolate truffle cake. I would recommend it. Not earth-shatteringly different, but good and tasty.

The menu at Tribeca Grill sounds fabulous. I assume it was for dinner. That'll be on my list next time around. Thanks for the details.
